oggi 12 Km su e giù per Villa Pamphili, il mio obiettivo è fare altre due uscite lunghe arrivando a 16Km di distanza, sperando che il giorno della gara gli ultimi 5Km escano miracolosamente dalle gambe...

great success for the UNICEF Team
So far Team UNICEF has raised £49,500! This is enough to train 1,650 peer educators who will provide information about HIV prevention through sport to young people, and will provide the opportunity to discuss HIV & AIDS openly and learn ways to protect themselves.
